Continuum, A Division of Community Rehab, a fully accredited organization with the CCHSA, is seeking Occupational Therapists for our Ontario Region to provide assessment and rehabilitation services within the auto insurance sector and employer based workplace services.
You are a highly skilled therapist with a minimum of 3 years related experience working with complex musculoskeletal and/or ABI clients, eligible for registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. You have related experience in providing in-home and workplace assessments and rehabilitation services. You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional organizational and time management ability.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited
university program.
- Must be registered with the appropriate Professional College.
- Must carry personal malpractice insurance.
- Must have access to a car with adequate liability insurance.
- 3 - 5 years related experience is preferable.
