Continuum occupational therapists assess the functional activities required within the home environment, specifically personal care, transfers/mobility, housekeeping/home maintenance activities, and caregiving. With more complex or catastrophic injuries, assessment of functional cognition may be required. Preparation of a Form 1, Assessment of Attendant Care Needs and recommendations for housekeeping and caregiving assistance may take place.
